University of Suffolk Landlords
Agents/Landlords will be required to apply for Membership of the University of Suffolk Accreditation Scheme prior to being able to seek Accreditation for student accommodation that they wish to advertise.
Once granted Membership, you will be given access to the Control Site, our latest web based property management software and upload details of accommodation that you would like to be accredited. Accreditation will be considered in accordance with the requirements contained within the Code of Practice.
Subject to a satisfactory compliance inspection, undertaken by the local Councils Private Sector Housing Department on behalf of the University, and the subsequent approval by the University of Suffolk Accommodation Office, accreditation of accommodation, if granted, will allow the advertising to go live.
